Ingredients
Vegetables:
- 1 cup carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup medium potato, cubed
- 1 cup medium onion, thinly sliced
Spices: (You can use pre-made Shahi Sabji Masala or create your own blend)
- 2 tbsp nvh Shahi Sabji Masala (or substitute with the following)
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder (adjust for spice preference)
- 1/8 tbsp ground ginger

- 1 tbsp tomato paste
