1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

If the order is not yet shipped → Full refund will be issued.

If the order is already shipped → Cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return according to our return policy.
2. Order Cancellation by NVH Spices
NVH Spices reserves the right to cancel any order if:

fraudulent activity is suspected,

incorrect information is provided,

the product is unavailable.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
3. Return Eligibility
A return can be requested only if:

The product delivered is damaged

The product is incorrect or different from what was ordered

The packaging is tampered or defective
Returns must be initiated within 24–48 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is accepted:

5. Non-returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
